A mountain planted on purpose

Part I · 🇭🇷

Smokvica Krmpotska and Krivi Put were settled on purpose, by refugees the Habsburgs planted on an empty mountain to hold it. With one exception, every place in this archive before 1884 lies within a day's walk of the Velebit. These chapters are the Bunjevci and the Frontier, Senj and Karlobag, the map, and the names the registers wrote the family under.
