Read at a band of the half-page cropped to the lines, at page scale (about 1x; the first name «Ignatz» and the surname written «Pilepich», legible, with the age «mjesec 5» = 5 months). An infant, so born about October 1848; the parents are not named in this register. Pilepich is the spelling this archive uses for Pilipić (the Pilepich of image 473) (snapshotted; read at about 6x).
