The family tree has never heard of this person. Every other person page in this archive is a record the MyHeritage export holds. This one is not: it exists because the register was read at the page, and it is kept beside the tree rather than put into it. The tree is an export and this archive does not edit it. Februarii [Januarii above] obiit Georgius Babić [«Terezianis»? — a soldier's rank or status] aetatis in Regimento N° 2 Comp. N° 12 veteranus, e marasmo senili annorum 78, sepultusque est in coemeterio s. Viti comitante Antonio Lukovich cooperatore.» The Latin-language 1854–55 pages of the Senj death register (the book «Knjiga Mertvih od God. 1849», Državni arhiv Zagreb, Zbirka matičnih knjiga Br. 1118; cooperators Antonius Lukovich and Laurentius Verhovac), image 564 left page, the last entry of the page (heading «Anno Domini 1855», the entry numbered 4). Read at a band of the half-page cropped to the lines, at page scale (about 1x; «Georgius Babić», «marasmo senili annorum 78» and «Antonio Lukovich» legible; the words between the name and the regiment are a looped hand and are not read with certainty, and the month has a correction above it). A man born about 1777; if he served as a veteran of a border regiment (Grenzer regiment No. 2 was the Otočac or Lika regiment) the register records it, the age is the one fact that is certain (snapshotted; read at about 6x).
